How we operate?
Registration
After you successfully register on the ReX platform, we will contact you to tell you about the next steps and opportunities for cooperation. After signing the agreement, you will get full access to your account.
Login and project selection
After logging into the platform, you can join projects of your choice, add candidates and contact ReX Leaders specialising in selected fields.
Search & Selection
You work on your own terms, but at the same time, you can count on the support of our expert – ReX Leader. If necessary, he or she will help you find additional solutions to improve the whole process.
Presentation
The stage of in-depth research is followed by presentation of the best candidates to the project manager selected according to the indicated criteria.
Management
The manager will get back to you with feedback. Your task will then be to manage the candidate in the recruitment process by guiding him or her through meetings and negotiating the terms of cooperation.
Placement
Once the cooperation between the employer and the candidate is established, your account will be credited with a salary and you will receive experience points for the completed project.

If you have a customer that you cannot handle, we will pay you for him or her.
If the sales process is not your specialty, the REX Leader can accompany you through it or stand in for you.
If you introduce us to a new client, we will pay you 10% per invoice for six months.
